Excellent Culinary Experience

The dining options at Riu Palace Peninsula blew me away! I especially loved the buffet, which always had a fantastic selection. The lobster night on Thursdays was a highlight for me. The Japanese restaurant was good, but I found the Italian restaurant to be particularly good. Overall, the variety and quality of food ensured that every meal was nice.

Room with a View

I stayed in an ocean view suite on the 10th floor, and the view was simply stunning. The room was clean, and I loved the creative towel art by the cleaning staff. My only minor issue was that the fridge didn't get cold, but it didn't bother us since we mostly ate out. Overall, I found the accommodations to be very pleasant!

Impressive Leisure Facilities

The leisure facilities at the resort are fantastic! I enjoyed various daytime activities by the pool, such as water aerobics, and the pools themselves were clean and well-maintained. There was even a fitness area with yoga classes offered by the beachfront. Overall, the atmosphere was vibrant and perfect for relaxation and fun.

Fantastic Night Entertainment

The nightly entertainment was a blast! From a mariachi band to an engaging Michael Jackson impersonator show, there was something for everyone. The RIU party was one of the highlights of our trip. I loved that the entertainment suited all ages, and the energy from the activities team was contagious!

I had a mixed experience at Riu Palace Peninsula. While the beach service was excellent and the food options plentiful, the loud nighttime entertainment and room issues put a damper on my stay. Unfortunately, the disruptive noise and some cleanliness problems left me unsatisfied overall. 😞
